I thought that when your car went in for a full service you got it back wash and cleaned inside. I was very disappointed to get my car back after spending £500 on the service to find that hadn’t been done. Your service tracker states that it should be sanitised after leaving the workshop but my tracker never moved from being in the workshop to being rung to say it’s ready for collection. I did call the dealership immediately after leaving to be told the manager was on another call but the receptionist did apologise but that didn’t solve the mistake.

We had a very nice sales man called Harry. He was very helpful and quick to responding to any queries I had. He also helped me part exchange my previous car.I was also told the wait time for my new Evoque would be 6 months, then told it would be 9-12 months. Then just over a month before we received it was told it would be ready sooner so we still received the vehicle after 6 months. Which was a result! It was a long wait but it was worth it in the end. Absolutely love my new Evoque!

Firstly would like to point out I have a Landrover dealership 3mins down the road but travel to Chelmsford as the service I receive is second to none, Anne Marie Sparks and Simon McDonnell go above and beyond to make the experience first class. Communication is first class and no issue is a problem , I’d also like to mention the help I received from Technician Matt who has the patience of a saint , I had issues with a subscription for live Navigation which was on the car when purchased . The time and patience was very much appreciated and as usual the service team excelled in the service provided. Thank you Lookers Land Rover , Chelmsford .
