Original slot booked online was later rescheduled by dealership who explained it wasn't actually available. The time of the rescheduled slot in the confirmation email didn't match the time I was given over the phone. Quite a mismatch between the central booking team and the dealership.Overall good, but original slot booked online was later rescheduled by dealership, time of rescheduled slot in confirmation email didn't match the time I was given over the phone, also told it would take around 1hr and turned out to be over 2hrs.
