Timely update of Security. Came back clean!!

No courtesy car available, had to chase for details on when my car would be ready.

Really good service on the day, but not always easy to get an appointment

First class service and attention from Stuart at your Service desk

I appreciate that the garage is always extremely busy and therefore a quick turnaround is not always possibleIn this instance there was a delay regarding parts but overall I was happy with the service received

The quality of the whole experience was very good. Sadly, I couldn't give 5 stars, as I was told my vehicle was ready for collection after service only 15 mins before the Service Centre closed for the day, and it was impossible for me to get there in time.

Service was excellent and on collection was told car had a clean bill of health super as going next morning on 1000 mile trip to Scotland and back. However on getting home I had an email health check, this showed that the car had 2 damaged tyres that required immediate attention that meaning I could no longer use the car for the road trip as could not get the tyres on a Thursday night!

I’d rather book the vehicle in with a person, not online. It’s impossible to have iterative dialogue such as; ‘how long will it take?” (It was a while you wait service), “does my warranty plan cover MOT faults?”, “will the car get valeted?” Etc etc. Not consistent with the otherwise very personal face to face/telephone.Always personal service, always great
