Not that I really expected a complimentary car clean but at the time of arranging the adblue top up I was advised that one would be given. This did not materialise on the day hence 4 instead of 5 star rating given

Found all the staff very helpful & and made me as comfortable as possible while I waited .

Professional and polite. Even with slight concerns on collection day Evie sorted everything out to make sure the car would be finished

Please see previous comments.My car went in for a MOT and a system update at 9.45am. I expected to get the car back the same day but when I hadn’t heard anything by 5.10pm I phoned and was told that the car appeared to be ready but the paperwork was still being done. That seemed fair enough but when I suggested I would call a cab and would be there just before 6.00pm (the closing time shown on the website was 6.00pm) I was told that the office was closing at5.30pm. I therefore agreed to pick the car up the following morning. The work was all carried out perfectly even the free clean and vacuuming which was appreciated. Had the link showing the progress of my car had been properly updated or someone had called me to advise me on the car ‘s situation I would have been very happy and would have given a score of 5 stars. Sorry but it is the little things that make the difference.
