Initial issue with not being communicated with for when my car would be ready however the service received after this was really good. Stuart was very apologetic even though he was not the one initially dealing with us and went the extra mile the next time we were in too.

Your on line service team are based in Glasgow and have no local knowledge of Colchester. Any 'service' request is automatically referred to Glasgow who are unable to respond in any flexible way - I needed a moulding to be replaced, the parts Dept ordered it and had it sprayed in 2 days but the Glasgow service team couldn't assign a date to attach the new moulding for one month. The work took 20 mins !!Because my experience with the service team based at Colchester deserves this.
