I had problems contacting service department had to phone 3 times before anyone answered. I also ordered parts to be fitted on the service 3 week before the car went in to make sure they where available to be fitted Brake pads and wiper blades but every time I phoned to see if the car was done was told parts on order these are wearing parts and shuld surely be held in stock.I can't complain about the work carried out in the workshop as this was carried out without any problems
