Very good customer service considering it’s clearly a very busy service centre!

Actually collecting my new car was delayed due to the technicians having to perform a system update which took a lot longer than anticipated. Apart from that the handover went extremely well.

The checking in service was so easy to use.When my vehicle came in for service it was so easy, I found Stuart was so helpful and informative.

They’re unusually helpful and reliable , in a sector that is not renowned for that .

A vast improvement in the service than when I bought the Range Rover Sport newThe service was far greater than the very poor service I received when I bought my Range Rover sport which had to be returned to you many months to rectify the faults, this took the shine off the new vehicle. All I was offered for the loss of my new vehicle for months plus the inconvenience was a free service which I thought was a joke. Under the circumstances I vowed never to use lookers again, I still feel I should have been compensated more.I was most surprised with the excellent service I received, but a free car wash doesn’t really compensate for what I went through for over a year when I purchased my new Range Rover Sport.
