Easy to use and proactively pointed to it via messagesPleasant greeting on arrival and could track online but didn’t receive a message or call to say car was ready and did t realise service centre closed at 5:30 - someone kindly stayed behind to hand my car over

booked service online only for it it be cancelled the day before.Staff were excellent but the online booking system doesn't work . You think you've booked and then they cancel it. Once we got past that and got booked in can't fault service at all.

This was an ongoing issue as the parts were unavailable for 3 month’s not the dealerships fault however I did have to chase up numerous times though I appreciate they are jolly busy.At long last my car is fixed and the Extended Warranty plus LR Assist could be purchased after so many weeks without, again not the dealerships fault.The Dealership do their level best to help as I am disabled and appreciate where they can Assist.
