All staff, EXCEPT ONE, excellent. One staff member did not ring back when asked on two separate occasions, also told us that he did not know how to repair our car until Land Rover told him!. Also then locked the car for time unknown. Left us with No car as no courtesy cars available.An IT problem on a new car which may have to go in again in the future.
