On confirmation of booking the day before it would have been helpful to have been asked about transportation requirements when dropping off car. I hadn’t been offered a courtesy car when I originally booked and a courtesy shuttle service is not offered so this just leaves taxi. But on a weekday at 8 school runs mean no taxis on the day for 2 hours. Had I been forewarned of this I could have booked a taxi the day before. Also would have been a greater customer experience if offered use of self serve tea/coffee services if I wanted to wait for taxi.
