Subsequently also walked through every detail and answered every single question we had about the car and finance issues. I have purchased a few cars from lookers Colchester and from the time I walk in the reception I am greeted with a smile and asked would I like a coffee? Which is always welcomed.My experiences from start to finish are always first class and it was no different this time ,Having sat down with the sales manager mark who knows all the specifications and is methodical in all aspects of a deal , along side mark my sales person Kim who always has time along with a smile to talk you through all your questions.As with any car it'll need a service and the team starting with Charlie are fantastic from a tyre pressure check to a major service they are there all the way .So yes I cannot speak highly enough of the Colchester team and would recommend them as I have done to other potential customers.Thank you my new car is awesomeRegardsLee smith

Very well improved customer service

The vehicle was to be collected. Alas the driver got seriously delayed. After a call from us they sent another driver who was excellent, we just could have done with being informed earlier by them of the delay.

Always answer phone quickly when contacting Lookers. Efficient, friendly staff. Service completed by time requested.
