Kept me updated on availability and managed sales paperwork very efficiently.Service department found some belongings left in my p/ex which was returned to me. Usual very friendly and accommodating approach. MOT was due to be done during the day with us collecting at the end. Due to an issue with my wife's RR Sport we were going to drive home in (which fault they also diagnosed, booked in and fixed straight away), they pulled forward my RR Vogue MOT and did it while we waited so we could return home in that whilst they fixed the Sport. Excellent service!
