Superb service

I live 250 miles away so service plan was not an option. Neither were finance options so your salesman was astute enough not to boot me with this information. Instead, he was extremely informative about matters relevant to me. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the treatment from the dealership at Colchester

Two rear tyres were fitted whilst the car was on site, and one of the wheels was damaged during the process. I was told that the damage could be repaired , but the relevant department was booked up until the new year, and that I would be contacted to arrange for the car to be collected and the problem resolved. I fail to understand why a booking could not have been made at the time.

Availability of courtesy cars makes booking a service quite difficult as they have to be so far out, meaning calendar commitments are often not known.

I would like to thank Richard who greeted me and took the time to understand the issue. Thankfully he got it sorted and his prompt action meant that I wasn’t king without my car. I was worried that the issue would not be fixed as it wasn’t an issue I could show in the dealership but his extensive knowledge and patience meant that my description alone was enough and he fixed the problem.
