It was a long wait for the car to be built - more regular updates would have been appreciated. I was told that my original finance rate would stand but that changed the day before I collected the car. I have parts missing from the car and don’t know when they will be fitted. I haven’t had any contact with the dealership since collecting the car.

The work carried out was as a result of a recall by Landrover. The car had to be kept overnight as the wrong parts were supplied by Landrover and this wasn’t discovered until after I had taken the car into Lookers. The correct parts were obtained quite quickly and I was kept updated on progress and the car was ready for me to collect fairly early the next day as had been promised by the staff at Lookers Colchester.
