Breakdown in on-line communication inside the dealership but staff bent over backwards to be helpful and supportive. Their attitude was very positive and with more experience they would be extremely good with customers.

Booking experience was ok, just disappointing that four days on I still haven't received my quote for a service plan nor it would appear that the service indicator has been reset so I will have to return to the dealers.My first service from a Land Rover dealer after coming across from VW and I'm underwhelmed....
