I would like to thank Richard who greeted me and took the time to understand the issue. Thankfully he got it sorted and his prompt action meant that I wasn’t king without my car. I was worried that the issue would not be fixed as it wasn’t an issue I could show in the dealership but his extensive knowledge and patience meant that my description alone was enough and he fixed the problem. It was a long wait for the car to be built - more regular updates would have been appreciated. I was told that my original finance rate would stand but that changed the day before I collected the car. I have parts missing from the car and don’t know when they will be fitted. I haven’t had any contact with the dealership since collecting the car.
