The work carried out was as a result of a recall by Landrover. The car had to be kept overnight as the wrong parts were supplied by Landrover and this wasn’t discovered until after I had taken the car into Lookers. The correct parts were obtained quite quickly and I was kept updated on progress and the car was ready for me to collect fairly early the next day as had been promised by the staff at Lookers Colchester.

The people at Colchester are as good as you could ask for; courteous, helpful and good at keeping me in touch with progress.
