Staff at Lookers Colchester are friendly and helpful. Costs are high, but at least you feel you are getting a good service.

No very satisfied with my experience

Yes the two ladies on the service desks were fantastic, super polite, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with. A much better experience than my last visit, which was awful to the point where I walked out and cancelled my service. Really glad Colchester LR have obviously put a lot of effort into client management and comms. Restored my faith in the brand.

Just a really great experience, my daughter and i waited whilst the vehicle was worked on, we felt very comfortable and looked after by a very nice team of people. Thank you.

It would have been good to know that the spec I was buying was the entry point for the Range Rover Evoque. With regards to the warranty, it will be good to also explain to the customer that the Assurant warranty is not the Landrover warranty and the details of the warranty should be shared before the handover takes place.The team at Colchester are brilliant! Everyone in the Service Dept was great - Charlie, Karen, Richard (service engineer), Charles and others whose names I can't recall. All treated me with friendship and professional care - a standard Lookers can be very proud of. They are all a magnificent credit to the company.
