Karen, in the service department was absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming and informative.I had to wait a while whilst my car was in and Karen regularly checked in on me and offered refreshments. I would absolutely recommended Lookers to family and friends.

Paul was really helpful, my case wasn’t a straight forward one due to my warranty with another company not covering the fault however Paul was really patient with me and kept me informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to try and help me. Thanks Paul.

Had to have a replacement engine in my Discovery. The Servicing Team were very helpful. Paul kept me updated with info and Karen was exceptionally helpful when I collected the car yesterday. I've recently moved dealerships from Ipswich to Colchester and find the Colchester Service Team are much more helpful.

One item that was supposed to be addressed was the service interval on my car to be reset however this has not been done. I have been assured this will be addressed ASAP when i am able to next get my car to you.
