This is my second review and this review focuses on the completion process and me finally being able to drive my dream vehicle home!!!! I had a wonderful experience from the outset, being picked up at the train station in the latest, top of the range fantastic RR by Carl Pratt, I felt like royalty and thought to myself this is top notch customer service at its highest, to the comfortable and pleasant experience I had at the dealership itself. All the members of staff were lovely and friendly and the whole process was made swift and painless. Carl made sure that all the I’s were dotted and T’s crossed and at all times I felt in safe hands. It definitely wasn’t a run of the mill transaction for Carl rather he made every effort to ensure I was happy with every part of the process and his suggestions were tailored to my particular needs. I could tell he had listened to me all through and this wasn’t just about meeting a target for him! All in all a wonderful experience which I’d recommend to anyone!! Pre-Covid you used to take people into Colchester Town Centre and fetch them when car ready.It would be good to have this service re-instated, since Covid risk is now greatly reduced.
