Very polite nice people, the communication following a delay through no fault of theirs wasn't great, albeit in their defence they believe they had made attempts, this was not evident from my end. The drive in experience is excellent. However the product appears to becoming problematic and the car is only 2019 doing approx 10k miles per annum, so I'm a little surprised. I have a new Sport on order but looking at the market which is moving so fast towards full battery I doubt I will wait the 18 months, especially as the government announced today its plans for fully autonomous cars starting 2025..!
