I’m still waiting for floor mats and very unimpressed with treatment applied to bodywork, apart from that very good.

I raised some direct comment by e mail to the dealership yesterday about the VHC which I found set very high warning thresholds i.e brakes at 50% of total wear and tyres with 4 mm of tread remaining - I am however bringing the vehicle back to have an identified oil leak investigated - this is concerning for a vehicle that has only covered15,000 miles. I was also concerned why this was not investigated further whilst the vehicle was in for a service - I now have to wait to at least 19 August before it can be looked at again - this strikes be as too long for an urgent red item.

All round, I am very satisfied, the discount because my Evoke is now over 3 years old is also fair, and welcome. Staff at Lookers Colchester are excellent!

I had a large credit amount fro a Service Plan with my previous vehicle but when I bought my current vehicle no one arranged to transfer the funds. It only came to light when I booked my first service for my current vehicle. I am also waiting for notification as to when the additional recommended repairs will take place - some sort of regular update would be reassuring please.

Charlie went over and above to collect my vehicle and ensure it got completed as soon as possible around my work schedule.Only grumble is it took 3 weeks of phoning and being promised a call back from the service team before I actually managed to speak with someone and get it booked in to be sorted.

Dealership very helpful, but were let down badly by the Land Rover parts people . 6 goes to get the correct kit. Paul & Karen did well to smooth things over
