After only a few minutes of meeting Brandon Murray I knew I liked him.. he explained everything about the Defender we were buying, all our options, and time scale..He kept myself and my husband in the loop of when it would be arriving and sorted out our private plate too ..A very charming, friendly and expert member of your team ..Thank you Brandon

My primary contact was Karen who was extremely helpful at all times. Just a note, that having spent over £600 for standard service and MOT price quoted for front windscreen wiper replacements was quite unreasonable and was exploiting customer goodwill. Price was declined.

The reason for the poor score in para 2 is this. I tried to book on line and at the very end it failed. As it was a Bank Holiday i waited until the next working day to call and sure enough my booking had failed although I had a date and time. So it all got sorted out on the phone but I then kept getting messages requesting me to book my MOT. I checked my email and text and I did have a firm booking as I thought. But this did not stop the same message still coming through. Most disconcerting and suggest you follow through to improve your service. The same thing has happened with my extended Warranty application.

Yes, overall communication and help very good but car again returned dirty. The chap did offer to get it cleaned for me again but i was on a tight timeline and needed to get back. Car had been in for nearly a week so plenty of time. this is not the first time this has happened as had it returned back to me dirty after a service where i was told it should have been cleaned. obviously an issue of sorts at land rover a snot had this problem with other manufacturers.

It was Brandon who I first met and he assisted me to look at different options. Brandon made me feel valued and relaxed when exploring the right car for me and I felt that he took on board my circumstances, preferences and needs and empowered me to make an appropriate and balanced decision. I had visited other lookers show rooms (bishops stortford) over the previous 6 months and was unhappy and uncomfortable with the sales support they provided having advised me to go on line to look at my options and configure the car and seek prices… this put me off and I was going to go back to grangers, in Welwyn, (where I had purchase my previous evoque) however when I met Brandon he was amazingly respectful and patient.I am very thankful to Brandon for the support and advice that he offered and I am happy with my choice and love my new car.I would be happy to recommend my friends to go to Brandon at lookers as he is a very smart, knowledgeable and caring professional and a credit to your company.Thank you Brandon and lookers for providing me with the car of my dreams !!!
