found the service plan offered to be prohibitively expensive, well over £2000 for 3 services when i barely do 5000 miles a year and having already had the cam belt changed at time of purchase as an approved used vehicle, I find this beyond belief

Matt was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout - I really enjoyed dealing with him and it made the whole experience so enjoyable. It was so good that even though my husband has always bought BMWs he was so impressed with the service I received that he is now considering switching to Range Rover!

Excellent service. From the original explanation of the fault(s), from Paul Aldous, the booking of a convenient appointment, receipt of my vehicle, provision of a loan, through to the return of my vehicle from Karen, all staff have been focused on customer satisfaction.The annoyance of a fault was diluted by the smooth handling of the resolution.Thank you.

When staff are away from the dealership they should put an out of office notice on their account so that customers know that they need to contact someone else, and who they should contact.Also, proactive communication would be appreciated - even when you don't necessarily know anything due to a lack of information from Land Rover UK, the fact you don't know anything is still useful information to customers.
