On the last visit to Colchester (MOT) I walked in and was and greeted by a member of the service team with a smile, and genuine wish to help me. Whilst in the waiting area I was spoken too by other members of staff, who just said “Good morning “ but with a smile. That makes for a great atmosphere. I even spoke to the manager who just asked why I was visiting today. He was polite, professional and friendly a refreshing change to my experience at a different dealer.
