The after care by the service team is all about the customer experience and has restored my faith in Land Rover. They are attentive, listen to feedback and all the small things are thought of such as organising taxi and cleaning of car.Landrover renewal of sat nav license is far more complicated than it needs to be and this should be a separate service offered by the sales team. Or failing that lessons can be learnt from Apple in how upgrades of iPads or iPhones are a simple process.
