Charlie Girling provided fantastic communication and support with any queries I had. The initial booking was frustrating as charges with the collect and deliver service were not conveyed. Sadly no video report was received however Charlie was able to clarify any questions I had. Thank you to Charlie for this and for his collection and delivery at the requested times.

This is the 2nd time my car has been taken off site to have the MOT done, without telling me this would be the case. Also again I was not offered a time slot nor any of the other options such as pick up, drop off, courtesy vehicle, waiting option.
