Waiting time for an appointment is too long and will put people off buying again if it stays this way. When I booked the appointment I was told it could take 2 day if parts needed to be ordered, when I called on the day at around 16.00 to check progress as the Workshop Tracker showed the car to be in the same state it was at about 10.00 I was told the booking showed it to be in for 2 days. Not my understanding and if it was not looked at until the following day and parts needed to be ordered it would be 3 days in the workshop with nothing done on day 1. Fortunately for me it was looked at and parts ordered, delivered and my car was ready for collection early afternoon of day 2. Not sure if my call made the difference as the chap I spoke to did not seem to think it was due to be looked at that day.

Expected car to be cleaner inside when collecting

Faults are not fully resolved, and my car has been returned with an additional fault.

I always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They keep me well informed with regards to the status of my vehicle. The whole experience from booking to receptionist and service has always been good.
