Staff in the dealership are great.Call centre try hard but appear to lack product knowledge (e.g. routine oil dilution problem with the vehicle I have).Expensive but really good service from the people at Colchester.

Superb service, I had booked in over the phone but the booking could not be located on the day. Charlie resolved the matter immediately and provided the service and MOT on the day with no fuss. Very Professional and efficient. Top Drawer. Best wishes to the service team

The car was not properly tested after repair and had to return immediately to dealership. This was handled very well by an agent that immediately accepted responsibility. Mistakes happen and are forgivable when handled well.
