I was not interested in finance options and the dealership were made aware of this from the start so I haven't answered Q4 above.I already had a service plan on the car I was trading in so I was able to transfer it over to the new car and the dealership was aware of my request to do this from the start so they did not have to offer me one, hence no answer to Q5 above. However, the transfer was handled brilliantly by Karen Aldous who also set up the original plan for me.

Support from the Service Team was excellent

Good communication as the service was underway. I “waited” whilst the job was done in comfort. Apparently, a collection and return service has been resumed, but not too available. Living 22 miles from the garage, I would have appreciated this service so that I did not have to wait. Next time maybe?

Lockers had my car for a day, mainly to refill the Ad Blue - I advised that one of the doors was not auto locking but it seemed somehow ok when I picked up - at home the started to shut down due to low battery and then Lookers recommended I trickle charge the battery which they said was probably why the door was not locking - I think that knowing the battery was low then Lookers should have fully charged it
