Very good. Shame that the home pick up and return service is suspended. Not sure there are any really sustainable arguments for this being necessary with the right precautions. It would save a great deal of inconvenience for customers, most of whom would be prepared to pay for the service. I meant that my wife had to to do 2 journeys up to Colchester as well as me.

Not quite excellent, as I think you should assign a service agent to the car. It would make arranging service and defect repairs easier.
