Booked service via Land Rover website which has better navigation and functionality. When you try to book a service on the Lookers website it refers you to Sales which seems to be the priority.It took 3 attempts to install a security enhancement recall, but in fairness this was due to Land Rover not providing the appropriate technical assistance. 5 stars to Lookers but only 1 star to Land Rover.
