Tony the salesman who dealt with me throughout was top class, he explained how in these difficult times there was a limit to what he could promise. He never shirked any calls and gave any bad news re potential delays without dressing it up. Overall he delivered everything and more than expected. I spoke to Matthew his manager during the process and met him when I came in to collect the car and he was also a top class representative of your organisation.
