Despite having made an online booking, I continued to receive emails prompting me to schedule a service for my vehicle. It appeared that the online booking system was not synchronized with other vehicle records you may have.Exceptional customer service was provided by Wayne Hamilton. He demonstrated a willingness to attentively listen to my inquiries and offered valuable information in a warm and considerate manner. Additionally, during the wait, I engaged in a meaningful conversation regarding the potential change of vehicle with one of the sales representatives on the first floor.

The on line booking system allows comments to be made but those comments don’t appear in the confirmation .Very efficient from moment I arrived .

I get the impression I’m not fully utilise the booking feature - so need to educate myself. Or would benefit from comms from Lookers on how to do that.The service from the team was excellent as always.However I did get the sense the service department was overbooked given there were cars parked everywhere (literally at every angle, in every space!) and my service/speaker replacement work took 2 days when probably it’s more like a one day job.

Fast and delivered car

Alison from services, always ensure that all goes to plan, efficient, reliable and professional.With regards to dropping and picking up my car that is a challenge are there are many cars in the service area, which feels like giant car park. I would suggest the numbers of car booked in needs to be tdiewed, D it impacts on what was a positive experience with Alison, to frustration with getting in and out. Not a hood look.
