Why is the steering wheel position, and the drivers seat settings changed - always. Frustrating and irritating.

The service, in every sense of the word was exemplary, from making the booking, vehicle reception, service advisor, update and completion of work. In fact Lookers Land Rover West London have been looking after my vehicle for many years ( also me of course!), and I am always impressed when my vehicle is returned to me as it looks in showroom condition!
