it was annoying as i had only IT bug with message for service need when actually i have done service 5 months ago... why this note was not updated / taken out? It was a waste of time.

It would have been good to have had some clearer updates on timing when the car was with you as we had some quite complex logistics going on that afternoon. Otherwise, a great experience, and it was lovely to get a clean car back, thank you for that!

I would have appreciated if my car could have been sanitised after the repair, like it was when I bought it in for a service. Apart from that I would like to state that Nikki is excellent and the company is very lucky to have an employee like her.

As usual Alison in Service department was marvellous. Always cheerful and delightful to chat with her. She’s the main reason I have my RRS serviced and maintained at Lookers in West London. Thanks Alison x

I thought the video was unnecessary and over the top. All had been explained to me at the end of the service. I didn't however receive an email a couple of days before the service to confirm and possibly book in. I had to rely on the email I received when I first booked the service three months beforehand.
