The day the vehicle was delivered it dropped oil on the drive from the sump and the vehicle was taken back to Ealing to be repaired. I was provided a courtesy car and 2 weeks later I went to collect. All good and no quibble which I appreciated but totally unnecessary against a basic check which made me wonder. All the best.

Alison was the person at Lookers Land Rover looking after me, and overseeing my vehicle's annual service. She was just wonderful -- possessing the perfect combination of a warm and welcoming nature, yet managing to remain ultra efficient with the job at hand. Alison turned what might usually be the mundane task of an annual car service into a very smooth and lovely experience....can't wait to run the miles down in my motor so's I can visit again!
