Booked a "while you wait" MOT and had to wait almost 2 hours.The car was cleaned inside and out which was nice but should an MOT for a 4yr old car take 2 hours?

Bran gave me a 5* service, he was professional and courteous in every way, from start to finish. He was always there to contact and if was busy would call me back immediately, his knowledge of the vehicle was fantastic and the handover was great, he took extra time to make sure I was comfortable, will be back to deal with him again

I didn’t like being sent to a central call centre in Glasgow, one should be able to call their garage/service center in house.Having said that, the lady in Glasgow was very helpful and followed up on all the issues.

Alison in service department was excellent. Dealt with everything really quickly and throughly.

Very pleasant showroom and service staff very helpful and explained everything clearly and there was no rush in taking the time to assist me in my visit at the dealership.

Wayne is the main reason I've bought three range rovers from you. I bought one in Mayfair and the servicing people were simply 'rubbish' so I keep returning to West London. Wayne and the lady (think it is Julie) are a real credit to your company and are the main reason I use Lookers.. I'm afraid the salespeople are okay but really don't need to sell the cars as the reputation is excellent. I'm awaiting my new defender in the new year but still not got a date so I must extend the finance agreement. Shame the salesman could not help but there we have it.

I would have liked to have been informed of a common problem with my car, that I have experienced, since I drove it out of the showroom. The issue has now been resolved but the car has had a noise since I bought it
