I've been using the dealership since my original purchase of a Range Rover in 2002 even though I now live in Aylesbury. The service is always good although the central booking facility makes it difficult to add to the job sheet the little niggles we as car owners suffer with the product from time to time. Unfortunately on this occasion the brakes weren't bled properly so I had to return the following day, requiring two vehicles going into the congetsion charge area so an unwelcome additional cost on top of Looker's invoice!

Richard Carpenter was particularly helpful with a very open manner to generate a good level of trust on the sale and part exchange which we appreciated.He had an organised approach to ensure everything was covered correctly

Unfortunately, having delivered my car at 9.30am, it was not examined by an engineer until mid afternoon and I was unavailable to take an authorisation call for an hour, therefore the work wasn't completed until the following morning. However, the service manager (Alison) was very helpful as ever, apologised for the delay and offered to deliver the car to my home (which i declined).

I would like to mention our salesman called Rushan. He went above and beyond to get our deal done and was very polite and professional in everyway possible. Really happy with the whole experience.
