Tony the salesman who dealt with me throughout was top class, he explained how in these difficult times there was a limit to what he could promise. He never shirked any calls and gave any bad news re potential delays without dressing it up. Overall he delivered everything and more than expected. I spoke to Matthew his manager during the process and met him when I came in to collect the car and he was also a top class representative of your organisation. My wife looks forward to collecting her new car at the end of the month. Thanks again.

Michael Myers took over my account when the initial sales person left. He gave me frequent updates which was highly appreciated considering the recent delays in getting new vehicles. He made the entire experience worth it for me.
