Good customer relations

The visit was to rectify a fault that wasn’t rectified on a previous visit. The flow of events afterwards indicated the car had been cleaned however it hadn’t. A call to Ashleigh in Customer Service at Carlisle sorted the matter to my satisfaction.

I never received the health check video, but everything was very good

Please see my original comments From dropping my car in for a minor service and picking up a courtesy car Emma kept me upto date telling me that they were running a bit late with work and also in a video of them checking over my car found it needed a break disc and pads replaced and the work would be done the next day. As I was unable to collect my car the next day, due to work commitments, Emma arranged my car to be delivered to my work and collection of the courtesy car , excellent service and Emma was exceptional with all that was involved.
