Even though you offer a complimentary valet service, we feel that it was not what we expected and were disappointed with the interior valeting. In future we would not like your valet service to attempt to valet the inside of our vehicle, and to just wash the outside only.

Though I understand why the service is currently unavailable I do miss the convenience on the onward journey option. Disappointed, too, that a courtesy car has never actually been available when I have booked in for service

Hand brake is excellent now, as before the vehicle would roll forward/backwards. Asked for this to be done on two previous visits.
