Booking in my vehicle for an MOT and major service was very easy. Staff at Lookers were very helpful and my car was ready on time with all the work done. I have a service plan for my vehicle which I pay for monthly which helps with my budgeting. I would certainly recommend Lookers in Carlisle as everything went very smoothly.

I was informed that the engine coolant needed topping up I would of thought this would have been done automatically as paert of the service I did it myself at home I was informed that the engine coolant needed topping up I would have thought to is would have been do e automatically as part of the service l did it myself

I'm not sure the videos add much, especially if - like me - you're in town waiting for the job to be finished. I'd much prefer a short text message or a phone call saying it's done/no problems/you need to phone us about work needed. To be fair, my garage did also phone me to confirm it was ready.

I am looking forwards to a Large Electric vehicle that is available via Motability scheme! I am due a new vehicle 10/2022, and currently drive a Qashqai as it fits my physical needs, so I am hopeful that you can provide one!

If invites are sent to customers to book vehicle checks on line, please ensure that someone follows up on customer responses are received. Do not assume on any response not received as there may have been technical problems which hide those responses from being shown. Simple way of ensuring whether customers have responded is to ask them via a further email. I waited for a date to be allocated but never received this so had to contact the Carlisle Branch's Customer Manager for action.
