Though I understand why the service is currently unavailable I do miss the convenience on the onward journey option. Disappointed, too, that a courtesy car has never actually been available when I have booked in for service

Hand brake is excellent now, as before the vehicle would roll forward/backwards. Asked for this to be done on two previous visits.

Booking in my vehicle for an MOT and major service was very easy. Staff at Lookers were very helpful and my car was ready on time with all the work done. I have a service plan for my vehicle which I pay for monthly which helps with my budgeting. I would certainly recommend Lookers in Carlisle as everything went very smoothly.

I'm not sure the videos add much, especially if - like me - you're in town waiting for the job to be finished. I'd much prefer a short text message or a phone call saying it's done/no problems/you need to phone us about work needed. To be fair, my garage did also phone me to confirm it was ready.
