I had to Google the number to book my MOT as I couldn’t find it anywhere and they give an incorrect one so I had to call into the dealership - the collection and delivery service is excellent and I don’t know why I haven’t used it sooner, really convenient when working from home

We have bought several cars from Nissan Carlisle since 2016. Guy Mellor is absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable about the Nissan range of vehicles He is honest and trustworthy, always keeps us up to date and always contactable. We travel over 100 miles to the dealership because of the service they provide instead if going to local nearby Nissan dealers

I dropped the car off folowing a failure to regognise either electronic key and hence to get the car to start . I agreed that a full service was overdue and hence also required. I was advised that due to workload and lack of notice there would be an 11 day delay to get to the problem, and accepeted this. However it was actaully done the next day which was either excellent service or superb customer expectation management!! The only down side was I advised a problem with the driver seat electric lift mechanism, which was investigated and for which a fix was advised but no actaul fix carried out or follow up advised.
