My vehicle went in for the third time with the same problem. On each occasion I had stated what the problem was. And even took the technician on three test drives, so he would know what to listen for. But Its as if that was a waste of time, as he obviously had listened to the customer. The vehicle has now developed a further issue, which was explained to service and the technician at the beginning of the third visit. Nothing has been done to resolve this noise. So when the rear wheel bearing or diff explodes then it will cost alot more to.
