The visit was good, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, communication was good, and I was very pleased to get a very clean car back at the end of the visit. The problem was also fixed free of charge, so I was even more pleased. Thank you.

Whoever organised this survey don't they know that I don't have my car won't be available until November they need to be better informed stop sending out emails bet it was the computer a human wouldn't make that mistake!!!I regret my previous response to the survey
