Vehicle booked in for mot at 1130 asked to leave car by 1100. Assumed mot would be an hour therefore didn't Organise transport for myself wandered round until 2 pm then returned to dealership car was still in same place I left it .waited in dealership until 3 30 before it was ready. While I have no problem with the work or staff who are very good perhaps you could address the wait times surely if you know it wont be looked at until after 2pm a quick phone call would have saved me wandering the streets for 3 hours and you would still have had the car for when you required it.
