I booked a test drive online for a used car, got a call at 9:30am, drove the car at 1:30pm & decided it was the right car for me by 2pm! I had a private loan but still checked on finance options with Lookers Nissan to make sure I had the best deal. There was no pushy selling & gap insurance was offered with time to shop around. I decided against it so the time to consider it was essential. I came back the next day at 1:30pm & paid for my new car. The small dings were taken out while I did the paperwork (the bodywork guy happened to be there at the same time) -fantastic service! I got an offer for a service plan & because they provide a courtesy car I am likely to take them up on it to budget that cost over the next 2 years. One happy customer. So glad I didn’t buy the ‘other’ car I was looking at elsewhere. It didn’t come close to the deal I actually got.

I waited for the service to be done in a comfortable seating area; coffee/hot chocolate available; kept informed of progress of service; overall very satisfied.

I have purchased several cars at Carlisle Nissan / Renault and have always found the staff exceptionable and the level of service excellent. During early COVID I had a problem with one of my cars and nothing was too much trouble in those difficult times. The Sales Manager in particular very helpful and professional.

There were no problems with my visit. I declined thr health check video as it was not required. ,
