Took the car in for two small jobs to be done due to a recent recall by Nissan. Lookers done the work,the mechanic actually sent me a video of a health check he carried out on my car, which I though was brilliant. I got a phone call saying the car was ready to be collected, I got to Lookers only to find they had vacuumed inside the car and given it a wash too. How good is that. Well done to everyone at my local Lookers

It was easy to book in once I was able to contact the Carlisle branch. Staff were, as always, very courteous and helpful. Booking in on the day was very easy with hygiene measures in place. I received a comprehensive verbal and written report when I picked up my car. The courtesy car was very clean.
