Hugo was amazing from start to finish. He found us exactly what we needed and everything was stress free and easy. The team went above and beyond what we expected and even surprised our poorly little boy with a mini car of his own. Collecting the keys was easy, paperwork signed and off we went.

The visit was to rectify a fault that wasn’t rectified on a previous visit. The flow of events afterwards indicated the car had been cleaned however it hadn’t.A call to Ashleigh in Customer Service at Carlisle sorted the matter to my satisfaction.
