Wasn’t offered courtesy car when making initial appointment

I only give praise where praise is due and it is definitely due here.Being a lady driver your car has to be right and u must feel safe when u drive your vehicle which l always do thanks to your great company.I gave a 5 star rating as it was truly well deserved.l have always at great prompt service at Lookers Nissan Carlisle they really are a great team.From Dan the Service Manager to Gemma Emma the mechanics interview garage all other staff and l would just like to give a special mention to young Shelley who is very good at her job and a true young inspiration and assett to the company.Although young in years she is very clever and learned her job and the business well.l would put part of this down to excellent staff training and good customer service.It is nice to see these qualities in someone so young.Keep up the good work all at Nissan Carlisle.Thank You all so much.

Hugo was amazing from start to finish. He found us exactly what we needed and everything was stress free and easy. The team went above and beyond what we expected and even surprised our poorly little boy with a mini car of his own. Collecting the keys was easy, paperwork signed and off we went.
