Please see my original commentsFrom dropping my car in for a minor service and picking up a courtesy car Emma kept me upto date telling me that they were running a bit late with work and also in a video of them checking over my car found it needed a break disc and pads replaced and the work would be done the next day. As I was unable to collect my car the next day, due to work commitments, Emma arranged my car to be delivered to my work and collection of the courtesy car , excellent service and Emma was exceptional with all that was involved.

The body inspection report in the maintenance record book has not been filled in even though it clearly states Check at each service. If the maintenance staff can't be bothered to fill this in what else have they omitted to do.

Very quick response and good car. My only complaint is that Lookers started a used car event where buyers would benefit from £500, on the day I received the car but when I raised it with dealership they couldn't honor it as the agreement was done 5 days before. Very disappointed as other dealerships offered the same but decided to go with Lookers as I liked the car.
